Claims Assistance

We're here to guide you through every step of the claims process — from notification to settlement.

How to Make an Insurance Claim

Follow these steps carefully to ensure your claim is processed smoothly and efficiently.

⚠️

Important — Act Immediately After an Incident

Most insurance policies require you to notify your insurer within 24 hours of an incident. Delaying notification may affect your claim. Contact us immediately and we will assist you.

1
🚨

Immediate Action at the Scene

Ensure personal safety first. Do not move vehicles or disturb the scene unless necessary for safety. For fires, floods or burglaries — contact the relevant authorities (police, fire department) immediately and obtain an official report.

Tip: Take photos and videos of the scene, damage and any relevant evidence before anything is moved or cleaned up.

📁

Gather Supporting Documents

Collect all relevant documents to support your claim. The documents required will vary depending on the type of claim. Refer to our document checklist below for guidance.

Tip: Keep originals safe and submit clear copies. We can assist you in compiling your documentation correctly.
5
🔍

Claims Assessment & Survey

The insurer will appoint a loss adjuster or claims assessor to evaluate your claim. Cooperate fully with their assessment and provide any additional information they request promptly.

Tip: We will accompany or represent you during the assessment process to ensure your interests are protected.
6

Claims Approval & Settlement

Once the assessment is complete, the insurer will issue a claims decision. If approved, settlement will be processed according to your policy terms. We will review the settlement offer on your behalf to ensure it is fair and accurate.

Note: If you disagree with the settlement amount, you have the right to appeal. We will assist you through this process.
